Financial Protection
We run all applicants through a thorough screening process before sending them your way for approval. This gives us both confidence that your tenant will pay on time and your investment will be well cared for. In the event your tenant misses payment, we guarantee your rent for up to three months as we work together to resolve the situation.
Eviction Support
In the event of an eviction for non-payment, Nomad provides you with tools and expertise to pursue an eviction and will reimburse up to $5,000 toward your legal fees. While this is extremely rare, we make sure you're supported through the process and make it as easy as we can for you.
