Late fee limit: Lesser of 10% of the rent or 10% of the unpaid balance; must be in a written lease
Notice before entering: Notice required (no set period), except in an emergency; 72 hours for routine maintenance the tenant didn't request
Notice to end a month-to-month lease: 30 days before the next rent due date, in writing, unless the lease sets a different period
