Security deposit limit: 1 month's rent
Deposit return deadline: 30 days after the tenancy ends
Late fee limit: No statutory limit, but no late fee or interest until rent is 30 days late
Notice before entering: No statutory notice period; the lease may allow entry only to inspect, repair or show the unit
Notice to end a month-to-month lease: 30 days or one full rental period, whichever is longer, in writing
