On-Time Payments

On-time payments means getting consistent rental payments paid to you on the 5th of each month, every month, no matter what. Nomad takes on the responsibility of tracking down any unpaid rent so you don't have to, giving you peace of mind and security in your cash flow and your investment.

Financial Protection

We run all applicants through a thorough screening process before sending them your way for approval. This gives us both confidence knowing your tenant will pay on time and your investment will be cared for. In the event they miss payments, we guarantee your rent for up to three months as we work together to resolve the situation.

Delinquency & Eviction Support

If your tenant becomes delinquent, Nomad works to collect the rent from the tenant while you earn Guaranteed Rent. If an eviction for non-payment becomes necessary, Nomad provides you with tools and expertise to pursue an eviction and will reimburse up to $5,000 toward your legal fees. While this is rare, we make sure you're supported through the process and make it as easy as we can for you.
