Authorized Payments & Fee Policy

Authorized One-Time Payments to Nomad

You authorize Nomad to charge the bank account or credit card you provide (and any updated information you may later provide) for any fees identified in your service selection together with any incidental or other charges described in this Policy or in subsequent policies or addenda issued by Nomad, including but not limited to fees assessed per occurrence to reimburse Nomad for costs incurred as a result of any unreasonable interference with, or disruption of, the marketing, showing, or leasing process. This authorization will remain in effect for all services provided until cancellation and cannot be revoked for any valid charge.

Photography Fee Policy

If you elect to use Nomad's professional photography service, you authorize Nomad to charge a $200 Photography Fee if you terminate prior to a lease being executed. Upon payment, the photographs will be released to you for unrestricted use. Owner may request photos to be resent by contacting Nomad at support@nomadlease.com. Following a reasonable hold period, but no less than 60 days, Nomad may purge the associated files from our system following your cancellation.

Electronic Signature

You have authorized us to treat your electronic signature as evidence of your consent to initiate one-time and recurring electronic payment transactions from your designated account. This authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract. Your consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic bank account debits and credits.

Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the one-time and recurring payment transactions by contacting us as the signer through electronic written communication to support@nomadlease.com or through our Owner Portal. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the instructions and authorizations included in this Policy. Nomad may rely on your authority without further inquiry. Nomad may rely on this document until it has received written notification of its revocation from you and Nomad has a reasonable opportunity to act on such revocation.
